Nice deck! It takes a little skill to use, and I'm not sure I am playing it optimally, but I am able to get 7-8 turn freedom kills reliably, and 5 turn kills are certainly possible. It appears to be reasonably reliable against silver (spin on first 4 games). It can certainly beat mono aether so it passes my test.

I would go with -1 ball lightning +1 fractal. The aether quanta comes pretty quickly, and I would rather do two sub-optimal fractals before the killing fractal than run the risk of having to dig for the fractal. It feels like too much SoB, but it's really not a big deal since you have plenty of :fire, and you can always ditch them before the fractal.

My tactics with it:
Play all but 1 damselfly immediately. Play SoFr immediately if your opponent has no PC, otherwise try to save them until before the first fractal.
First fractal should be on damselflies most of the time to soften up the enemy and guarantee enough quanta for sky blitz. Obviously hold 1 ball lightning during a damselfly fractal. Don't hold any damselflys after a damselfly fractal. There will be no need to fractal them again, and it is ok if they all die.
I've been playing SoB rather liberally since you have plenty. Any time opponent can draw at least 2 I think it is worth it, and definitely worth it to dump them for 0 cards before a big fractal.

Have fun!
