The question marks are Forest Scorpions (upgraded).
The idea of this deck, like many of my other recent decks is to poison the opponent fast.  Play the Scorpions and use unstoppable and Epinephrine on them to make the poison faster.  Then just PU them. 

CONSIDERATIONS:  You Can exchange 2 Epinephrine for 2 Life Nymphs if you own them.  This will increase damage because you can Adrenaline the nymphs too. 

NOTE: This deck is NOT tested unupgraded so feel free to try that. 

I have a feeling that this deck or my other Scorpion decks are what people will use once the new cards become available in-game.

Unupgraded, this deck would be two times slower. Even upgraded, the poison is too slow to take affect. Sure, if your lucky you can get 46 poison counters. But the chance of that happening is slim at best.

Sorry to shoot down your idea. It is a good one, but its too slow to be effective.

My suggestion:
Go rainbow (5 elements: gravity, life, aether, and other) and add Nightstalkers and deadly poison to it. That way, your getting 2 poison counters per scorpion. Combine that with the 46 poison counters from Scorpion, and you get a guaranteed win.  (That is 138 poison counters, by the way.)

i tested this deck and i had 40% bad draws,40%good and 20% all towers
