RoL/Hope shutdown pvp deck<========== title is misleading, i know.

i was thinking, "whats a good way to completely shut down a RoL/hope deck?"
then i thought of this.

i havent really tried it yet, because i made it in trainer.

but any comments, improvements?

Take out two flayers, all sapphire pillars, three electrocuters, two quints, and four animates.

Add six aether pillars, three phase dragons, and two lightnings.

Switch to water mark.

Does RoL + Hope really have permanent control?

Yeah, you don't need Lobo or Mind Flayer to shut down RoL/Hope. Fire Buckler is by far the most reliable card to completely shut down that deck. After that, all you need is a way to kill your opponent and you win. Fahrenheit and bolts are good.

Yea i'd say option 1 is Fire Buckler
Option 2 is Thunderstorm (maybe plus eagle's eyes)

Wow, that 6x6 layout looks awesome 
But yeah, that's probably not the best counter for a RoL/Hope deck. Pretty sure even fractal devourers (maybe + some steals for electrocutors) is better.

Fractal/Sapphire Charger will never normally lose to an RoL/Hope deck.

I was thinking Fire/earth throw in some mass creature controll, you have mega damage, can deglaf some lobos and kill all RoLs. Or you could just put up a decent shield and put more cards in your deck (32)
