you are wrong.

the damage from catapult (same for trebuchet) =
(100*hp)/(100+hp);
if frozen, this is multiplied by 1.5.
the damage is always rounded up.

So a titan will deal 34 damage when catapulted.

Even though this uses only gravity and light quanta it is actually a gravity/time/air  deck (and hence a trio, not a duo).

That gravity pendulumn can be changed into a tower with no problems (you will only use one light quanta per turn at most).
That aside it's a nice deck.

Seems maybe a little short on quanta for an aggressive catatitan rush, but I'm not sure.  Do you often find yourself short on gravity quanta?
