It has some chances in gold league and pvp2, but it has a lot of weaknesses.
Any idea to improve it?
I was thinking about replacing Eagle's eyes with SoF, but I don't think that would make much difference.

Many decks like these have been made. Most of them notice an improvement when powering SoP off Water mark and packing 6 upped Sundials to allow time for them to grow. If possible, you could also try to fit 2 Hope in there. I have my doubts on the usefulness of Blitz without SoFree, but it's up to you.
