So since the malig cells are no longer effected by inundation, this is what I came up with.
Its not as good as what I was originally hoping for, but it still works rather well.

Inundations are the ? mark.
So basically this is what the strategy is. Stall using permafrost, use the RoLs for placeholders in the middle column, and also have the Condors there as well (obviously). Boneyard also helps out for filling up the middle using a RoF/Boneyard combo, just be sure you get the condors there first.
Now like i said, I havent gotten a chance to pull off the combo, but heres the theory behind the deck.
Once you have the middle row filled up, play your phoenixes so that they will die by inundation, turn to ash, power up your condors, get some skellys, and them the ash will die, along with the skellies, and the ash will give you more skellies that will be killed by the inundation. Not my original strategy, but it still works extremely well.
