After taking a look at this deck, I would say that this is mostly a fire cremation rush with the added benefit of (potentially) ensuring that the opponent can't play anything in the beginning given the right starting hand. I like the concept, but personally, I think that there could be two major things in the original post that can help users find (and possibly use) the deck more:
1) A much more original name than just 'evil deck'.
(Unless you'd like to call it 'Flash Fire', which is a decent name...)
2) Description/personal analysis of how to use the deck. It could be a really short summary to be honest, but I think you should try to incorporate some details about the usage of Precognition and Silence in comparison to some of the other Fire Rushes we've seen in the deck archives and whatnot.
Just my two cents.
