I've just build this deck this morning and found its rush capacity wasn't too bad.

It's pillarless and seems not to be hurt by bad draws.

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
6rk 6tu 6tu 6tu 6tu 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7js 7js 7jv 7jv 7jv 7jv 7jv 809 809 809 809 809 809 8pj

That deck takes more time to play than classic straight forward rush but gains in versability.

I just took records over 20 games and finished with a 6.6ttw and 40%EM. (AI3)

Going on recording later.

Very nice. I had a similar idea a while back but with nova's and some protection/permanent control. It's fun to have a low/no quantacost deck that actually works :D . Although i liked my version better for the versitality. Your deck is much more straightforward and more functional.

When i tested it, after a while i took out the flash and 2 micro's to add solar bucklers and put back the 2 blessings for better quanta balance and it worked. Maybe ya wanna try it :)

I'm also still looking into a way of getting some perm control in here, but so far i see no viable way because of the bad draws you'd then get. If only light had some kind of photon torpedo :p

Anyway. Great deck for lvl 3. Fun and easy, as long as you know when to bless/chaos the same critter and when to spread the power (rewinds/rain of fire make for very different tactics)

After 50 match more, ttw turns to be closer to 7 and EM rate drop by half.

I also lost 2 times aginst those damn dim. shield chain.

I try several ideas to twist it, like changing micro abomination for improved mutation or maxwell demon (with towers).

But right now, I'm trying :

Code: [Select]
6tu 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7js 7js 7jv 7jv 7jv 7jv 7jv 7jv 7k1 7k3 7k3 809 809 809 809 809 809
The recent change of luciferase makes it a pretty decent card compare to before.

More solidity, more EM, maybe even quicker, as you don't really need the micro abo with all the floating particles around.

The Sword looks better than that single Micro. And instead of Morning Star.. Hope?

The name "Photon Fission" makes no sense.

Also, I'd rather take a Discord. Less damage per quantum, but it slows down the opponent and can help with EMs.

I'm very confused on the inclusion of holy light over the alternative luciferase..

Micro Abomination is cheap and solid. This is the kind of creature you want against maxwell demon.
I see no point in hope as it is supposed to be a rush deck to does pretty well its job.

You're right, I'm looking for another name. I was looking for somekind of physical reaction involving light.
That's why I even tried to insert a maxwell demon because of maxwell equations have something to see with the photon behaviour.

according to morning glory, my goal was to make a deck that renders any PC useless but Discord seems great even if you can't play it quickly.

I'm very confused on the inclusion of holy light over the alternative luciferase..
Holy light is very effective against decks that packs CC.
For example, imagine you got an eagle eye in your opponent hand, you keep buffing your main creature while you heal it with holy flash. 10hp on a massive creature is plenty.

-1 Micro Abomination, -2 Holy Flash, -1 Morning Glory
+1 Long Sword, +2 Hope (unupped), +1 Luciferase

That way you still rush as much as before, as you're not trading main attackers, but you add WAY more EM potential. Hope is strong, even with 3 or 4 light emitting creatures it shuts down the main offense of most AI3 decks. Luciferase for the healing, and you have a very good EM rate (IMO).

Tested this and found that you end up not using/needing the hope. Ever.

Then tested it with just the flashes replaced by luciferase and the amount of EM's went up a lot. So i'd say: go with that.

Not sure what to do about the weapon, but without luciferase early in the match you wont have the quanta needed for it and a bless, wich is sometimes more nessecary to keep a ball from being flamed or shocked to death (wich seems kinda strange either way, but okay :p)
And an early lucifer might mean having no EM but having your sword stolen can ruin EM aswell.. soooooo i dunno :p
