No, Pandemonium doesn't affect immaterial creatures, if that's what you were asking.

Creatures in slots that mirror an immortal creature on the opposite side are not affected by pandemonium either.

The glitch Numbers Sr. refers to has been fixed since quite a while ago. Pandemonium is perfectly functional.
