The deck I'm running is this:
Entropy mark
7 Am. Towers
6 Sap. Towers
5 Ob. Towers
3 Aether Towers
5 Tears
4 Quints
I might take out one obsidian tower and replace it with a quint, but other than that it's pretty good. I'm not sure how it will compare yet to a version with supernovas, but taking them out hasn't hurt me yet. Most of the FG's you can actually beat with this type of deck are slow, so by the time they put you in danger you usually have what you need on the field. Taking out supernovas allows you to draw a card you actually need, especially if it's later in the game and you need another quint to play your dark nymph.
A few other things one could try on this particular variation (no novas) would be to tweak the amount of towers in conjunction with adding in another quint, and maybe playing with different marks... aether, entropy, and water marks all seem like good choices in their own way. Since the mark I'm using is entropy, it would probably help me more to turn one amethyst pillar into a sapphire pillar...
Just a thought, here's another variation:
Aether mark
7 Am. Towers
7 Sap. Towers
5 Ob. Towers
5 Tears
6 Quints
Or convert one obsidian tower and one quint into aether towers if you're afraid you'll be running low on aether quanta, and it doesn't hurt to run a 32 card deck either, since you have tons of healing. With that aether mark variation, you have a pretty good chance of having at least one of each of those cards in your hand when you start, which is the problem with the version using supernovas: you often don't get what you need for several rounds.
Anyway, have fun testing this version if you're interested.
