the pregogs are for filling and to speed it up a bit
little testing(only wanted to do a cheap fire rush) but i use a deck almost the same(vamp stiletto instead of pregog)

I would actually advise against unupped precogs. They are not worth it for the heavy cost, and only way you can use it is with two immolations, which means that it will be a dead draw early on. In fact, if you are thinking about utilizing other elements' cards with low cost, use things like fog shield, which are very cost effective and can save you in a pinch (which is actually annoying for me to say, because opponent's fog shield caused my arsenic to miss 4 times in a row in the recent tournament).

i think that fog shield don't fit becouse this is a rush deck but try it if you want
(added the precogs for some speed, and needed 2 more cards)

How? It's a low Air cost, so, you can play it faster, helps you prevent some damage.
Suggestions:
Take all the Photons out and add 3 Sparks and 3 Phoenixs, Take the Precog's and 2 Deflag's out for 4 Fire pillars.
