. the oty's are higher priority for AI, so they can CC and pull damage. The reason I use unupped staves is because staves at 2 or 3 with adrenaline attack 4 times. Once you momentum the stave, it will be at 3|8, doing optimal damage, assuming it has adrenaline, 12 damage and healing you for +20 hp per turn. Ya. That's quite a bit when you have them all out
