It's not a good strategy to rely entirely on random mutations, and I suggest you remove the pendulums and switch the mark to :life.

1. 1 SN and 3 Quantum Towers aren't enough to use the mutants' abilities.
2. 6 RoLs messes with mulligan system.
3. Why do you need so many Chaos Powers?

7 towers + 1 SN in a 30-card deck = under quanta
+ 6 RoL = starting hand screwed
Chaos Power without TU = no good
Mutation + Druid = Duplicated

Have you tried to run this deck after building it? Mutation decks tends to have a slower start up, and the problem I stated above probably kills this very deck. My suggestion is try to focus on one thing. Mutation card gives faster mutants, PSN can supply that. If you want to play Druids, you need more quanta source so you can play them quickly.
