The point of this deck is to quickly get abominations out by the use of photons and sparks that get mutated.  I am considering removing the dragons because usually they aren't able to get out by the end of the duel.  I have consistantly beaten PVP 1's and Level 3's and haven't tried any higher.  Thoughts?

You should definitely be looking to cut down this monstrously sized deck. The dragons don't seem wholly useful, nor do the Lycanthropes since they have no source of darkness quanta.

Lycan out. No = no use.
Dragon out. (Or Abomination, your call. -2 Abomination)
I think Diss Shield also have to be out.
You have 6 mutations, use them on 6 Photons. More fodder than Mutation = wasted card slot for little damage. So -6 Spark +Photon.
Maybe change 4 Pillars to QP, for mutant?

Take out lycans. Take out diss shield. Cut down to 30 cards, only need 6 fodder cards (photons or sparks), few novas can take care of your mutant quanta usage.

If you wanted a hope deck, why not just use rol/hope? Mutants would most likely have other abilities anyways.
