Mummy Deck [unupped] https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=52646.msg1112346#msg1112346

I know this is super mediocre so no hate please.  :P
I wasn't sure where to put this deck because the main parts are  :death and :time, but there are also :life and :gravity so I didn't want to be certain.

Deck import code : [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52r 52t 52t 52t 52t 52t 52t 55v 55v 576 576 576 576 576 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5ro 5se 8ps

The basic principle of this deck is to get out mummies and reverse time them. The, along with the help of the other Pharaohs, you spam Scarabs ultimately forming a Chimera if you're up against a painful wall.

The Bone Wall is in there so you can hinder their attack (eat other creatures, gain more bones) and the 6 RTs are for CC and making the mummies into Pharaohs.

I need a little help with slimming this down and creating a good strategy for it.
Thanks!  ;)  :time :death :life :gravity

Interesting take on the Pharaoh Mummy deck.  The Chimera is an interesting touch I haven't seen before.  Same with the healing ability.  However, I think it might just slow it down too much...  usually the point of reverse timing mummies is to speed up the damage and the rate of getting Pharaoh's out, so why clog it up with healing and more Pharaoh's.  You only need a two or three Pharaoh's to fill the board.

So if we were to keep the additional healing ability, you could drop the Pharaoh's add Mummy's switch Death Pendulums for Death pillars.  Drop the Gravity Pendulum's and Chimera, toss in an Eternity, and a couple more SoRs.

So - 4 Gravity Pendulums - 1 Chimera - 2 Pharaoh's - 8 Death Pendulum's
+ 2 Mummies, +1 Eternity  + 2 SoRs + 8 Death Pillars
33 Cards.  Should make it more stable.

The quanta needed to fuel the pharoahs would be too much. I wouldnt waste my time setting up a combo using the mummies, I would go straight to the pharoahs, since the is a pretty grueling idea.

I would, but I don't have the pharaohs. Plus I've actually found with the pillars as recommended as the comment above yours this format is a lot faste than straight up pharaohs.

I really like this idea thanks. There's only one problem; I'm still a noob so I only have 1 SoR, so I'll stick to 31 cards, but this cleared up a ton! I'll definitely try this variation out! There's one problem though... I put in the gravity pendulums to fuel the Scarabs' devour eff. So should I utilize those back in?

If you want a successful pharaoh deck, either go reverse mummies (kinda hard to work with) or pure pharaohs. Running more then a trio is just begging for awful draws.

Yeah, but a couple for SoRs will be needed, as my suggestion was to have the SoRs was: 2 to fuel the pharaoh's spawning creatures, and 1 to 2 to take the place of the need for gravity quanta, so you were free to use your life idea instead of the traditional gravity focus.

So you're saying -:life cards +:gravity (chimera maybe)

For the short term put gravity back in and make it a 30 card deck, use a blackhole or two for the heal in place of the the life heal.

Then, when you get more SoRs, you might want to try your life variant out.

The lone Bone Wall is useless. I'd suggest swapping for Procrastination or trading other cards for more Bone Walls.

I wouldn't say the lone bone wall is useless; it does work fairly well with the devouring scarabs.  Gravity shield could be another decent option in its place, though; it would block things that the scarabs couldn't yet devour.  I've always had a soft spot for gravity shield, when many others think it sucks, though, so take it with a grain of salt :p
