I had this idea and wanted to come see if there were any posts on it, and sure enough, there's this thread.
I started out with 12 wind pillars just relying on
mark to get the Fractals and it was waay too slow. I then swapped out 4 of the wind ones for Aether ones, and threw in a dragon, pegasus and miracle, and came up with this:

One AI3 game, I got a particularly good draw and ended up fractalling fireflies and dragons.
