Well, after some help turning my rather terrible deck into this, I'm happy with it and think it's postable. It's not really based on Elidnis' deck, but it uses the same elements and has some similarities.

EDIT: Forgot to mention earlier, suggestions are welcome

My suggestions are:
1) Add some quints. Because, reverse time, antimatter, and much other CC will ruin your growing attackers
2) Drop a Freeze and the Emerald Pillar for the quints. (I like even numbers)
3) Change two (maybe three) of the water pillars to pendulums, because you want a good start, and having to wait two turns for each Forest Spirit is not as productive imo, and also the water cards in your deck are all low-cost, so changing those 2 or 3 to pendulums wouldn't hurt as much
4) Change the Dimensional Shields to Jade Shields (well, perhaps one Jade one Permafrost would be better). Dim shields run out eventually, and having a permanent shield might last you longer, as you have no healing. Jade also gives some use to the surplus of :life mid-late game.
Remember, these are suggestions.
And now I realize that you didn't ask for suggestions. *facepalm* I think I should say something more positive now.
You've got a really good Control factor - freeze and Lobo will come in handy much of the time.
It is the greatest mystery of all...

Do you really need the emerald shield? [Note: Unless you plan to use this for PvP, Arena, or FG in where you may need emerald shield, but overall, I think ice shield is much more useful)
I suggest you remove it and scrap the water pendulums completely.
Also, toadfish are good attackers, but since the main theme of this deck seems to be to pull out damage through forest spirits, and you do not possess the quanta to use the toadfishes' ability, those can be scrapped as well. I think you need to save more water quanta for the spirits..
Also, how about lightning? I don't particularly find ice bolt very useful, I don't think you'll ever have excess water quanta, and it can be better swapped for more damage. Also, add another ice shield.

Just my 2  :electrum, tweaks can probably be made to my suggestions because I haven't done any testing, thanks!

EDIT: Additionally, you won't be able to PU quinted forest spirits, and I'm pretty sure you want to grow your immortal forest spirits because they are the most steady, but that kind of ruins the strategy of PUing your strongest forest spirits for additional damage. Are the quints meant for the mind flayers?

***TRIALS RESPONSE***

I like this deck and how you make good use of the synergy between Water and Life, but adding to it with a splash of Aether. It actually played much better than I expected when I ran it against AI3 in Trainer a few times, but I did notice a few ways it could be improved.

As mentioned above, the Parallel Universe cards are pretty useless if you are able to use Quintessence on your Forest Spirits. Lobotomizer also seems a bit redundant alongside the Mind Flayers (plus the Mind Flayer ability is cheaper than the Lobos ability). I would make the following changes to your deck to improve it (getting it down to 30 cards in the process):

* Drop the Emerald Shield (Save your Life quanta for Forest Spirits and make use if Ice Shield instead)
* Drop the Ice Bolt (seems out of place unless you add a few more)
* Drop both Parallel Universes (see above)
* Drop the Lobotomizer (see above)
* Drop two Aether Pillars (since we do not need as much Aether quanta anymore)

* Add one Mind Flayer (replacing the Lobo)
* Add one Quintessence (this will give them a higher draw chance)

Here is the modified deck:
