The adredalines seem rather useless, but it seems like an amazing FFQ deck.

do you have problems getting a ffq out fast enough? cause it seems like the small amount of pendulums vs deck size might take a while to get the 7

also with all the pendulums, you probably don't need the rustlers, i dont know what you might replace it with though.

Cutting Rustlers completely removes both these problems. Smaller deck size and less excess life.

Yes, Rustlers serve no purpose in this deck.  There's plenty of Life quanta, and a shortage of Light quanta (until you get some Fireflies out).
