Ever since Mitosis was introduced everyone and their grandmother have been thinking how to make good fast HB grinder from that card. Well here's one way to do it using duo.
Jade Dragon & Nymphs - Damage
Leaf Dragon - Primary quanta production by converting to
RoL & Solar Buckler - Primary quanta production
Pendulums - Alternative quanta production
Miracle - Healing
Sundial - Deck thinning Nymphs n' Angels

I had exactly the same idea for a pillarless AI5 grinder. This version was fun in testing.
 ??? are all Mitosis.

Feral Bonds work well with all the creatures you are generating.
Play one leaf dragon at a time, and adrenaline your rays to maximise quanta generation.
Try and spam mitosis on your  jade dragons, leaving one in-hand in case your M-Ray gets zapped (though it shouldn't once a dragon is out)
Also, remember the Mitosis'ed RoL won't count towards your Hope shield.
(And, uh, swap nymphs for adrenalines if you aren't playing this in trainer, like I was)
