Hm, seems just like a certain Eternal Phoenix killer...
Pretty straightforward. Stall with Dimensional Shields until you can get Aflatoxin out and continue to stall until the opposing field is flooded. When their field is full, get out the Vultures and Fractal as much as you can and launch a single Thunderstorm. This will usually net you at least 5 Vultures with 20+ attack, making it easily a pseudo-OTK if you discount the turns it takes for the Malignant Cells to multiply.
You don't always have to wait until the last second either. If you notice a lack of mass CC in the deck, the Vultures should be able to handle almost any CC thrown at them.
You don't have to use Aflatoxin with FFQ decks. Just let the Firefly Queens generate the Fireflies and use two Thunderstorms instead of one. You get more or less the same effects.
There is a slight problem with MonoAether decks, due to the lack of targetable creatures. In that case, it may be best to Afla your own side and hope for the best.
Oh, and a Venue is a group of Vultures. The more you know.
