Play SoP and RoL asap to start building. Nightmare RoL to clog opponents hand, then dessicate them for extra water quanta(if needed). Steal anything you find useful(shields/weapons). Sanc protects quanta and heals for a bit. Shield protects you more than you think. Fun deck. Enjoy.

Here's my 2 :electrum without testing the deck.

With only 5 creature's you have a fair chance of not drawing any for a few turns. While you'll be able to Nightmare them as soon as they come out, you won't be able to make them any bigger than 3/3 on the first turn. This means the opp. can kill your valuable hitters while they're still weak. You could be seriously short of offense.

I enjoy the idea of this deck, I just don't think it's very good  ::)

Pretty much that, it's a solid idea, I like it, but any deck with even the slightest bit of CC ruins you. Which is pretty much every higher level opponent. Your own lack of CC is a detriment as well.

Why permafrost shield? I woulda used hope, use up that extra light quanta and 5 damage reduction a turn?

You already answered that. The RoLs are too weak, and since they'd die, there goes any usefulness to the Hope shield here. Permafrost does a lot more in this case, which I think is the better choice over Hope. Nice deck idea, Rulac

I think you'd have the :water for one or 2 arctic dragons, or maybe squids, which I think would make this more reliable.

Hm, thank you all for the suggestions. -2 Towers +2 Dragons and damage output is increased. Now to answer all your CC worries: The idea is to clog the opponents hand with RoL whilst you setup, then again after you are set up. They can't draw CC with a hand full of lights can they? In the case that you get the worst hand ever, cc may be a problem, yes. The deck does indeed seem like it lacks damage..but it doesn't. While the opponents field is full of lights doing no damage, your lights are building up damage with SoP. Steal obviously helps with pesky shields like fire buckler.
