Yes, they are. The trainer is really good for this purpose.

But what if you don't have the rares? Do you put Emerald Dragons? But what if you're stuck with one in the first draw?

Ouch, that's a problem. Yeah, then Adrenalines will probably be a good choice.
I guess putting in Dragons has major disadvantages. It's an optional choice that will work out well if things go well, but if you're unlucky, it will hit you in the face.

Your current replacements with Miracle and Owl's Eye sound good, though.

The best use for adren would be the extra light quanta, which helps you get bonds out. Using it on a FF turns 2 per turn into a massive 8, although you generally don't need it, the extra damage and getting it early is a big help.

!!! this deck beats gods!! i just beat paradox!! AND i didn't even get hope. hope(s) was somewhere in the bottom of the deck, i guess. But the point is, i won!! it kills gods!! though, i imagine hermes will kill this deck. well, anyways, its awesome!! i am definitly using this once elements 1.21 is released!!
