Firefly queen decks never want a air emerald pillar split, it just leads to bad draws.

Rustler is more debatable, but  I dont' think they are ever needed either.

The deck does indeed look better. Though, I would go with a couple less pillars in favor of more bonds. Healing is indispensable with this type of deck, and 10 pendulums and 4 pillars usually left me with a health stock of air quanta fairly quickly. 7 pillars would be overly abundant.
