but as you can see it's kinda a mess i would love something that could just stall out and outdeck other players  8)

1- if you want to deck-out your opponent, dim shields are not the way. You don't have so many turns of protection and there are just many counters.
2- Diss shield + Sanctuary just doesn't work. It would be broken 
3- Trios are hard to quanta balance, I'm pretty sure you end discarding cards because of lack of quanta

The most common deck-out stalls are 60-card rainbows with about 20 quantum pillars, a lot of CC, some PC and healing and heavy drawpower (at least 5 hourglasses). Use  for 2-3 Miracles and SoDs if you have some

In the first pages of the "Deck compilations" section there is a threaad made by dragonsdemense of his BL decks. Look for it and the deck called "The Deck"

1. Dim shields are good at decking out your opponent. Earth/Light stall runs Basilisk Blood even tho it's only 6 turns of protection from 1 creature
2. I have never seen an argument that Dissipation/Sanctuary would be a broken combo. Sanctuary helps vs pestal, but otherwise it shouldn't be too much more powerful than Dissipation/Purify

As for 3, quanta balance, you should quanta split your entropy pillar/pends & use aether pends. Also more light pends

An issue is that correct play from opponent will be to hold creatures in hand & attempt to OTK you. Pande won't save you from that. Probably better to focus more on sancts than pande. One might throw in mindgate for fun

I think the diss/Sanc interaction Chapuz is referring to is if Sanctuary prevented you from losing quanta to Diss shield, and thus gave you an effectively permanent Dim.

Sanctuary prevents tampering with quanta pool during opponent's turn, giving you a useless shield.
