***TRIALS RESPONSE***There seems to be a lot of disagreement within this thread, but I suppose I'll jump on the bandwagon that speed is greater than stall+draw power when it comes to mitosis + gotp + SoR:

I tweaked the deck a bit to account more for speed instead of stalling power with Sundials - yes, that
quanta doesn't have a purpose now other than to serve the SoR, but on the bright side, you can avoid lame starting hands with multiple Sundials and no Novas that can really ruin your flow in the beginning of the game.
Based on what you initially said, "ghosts>mitosis>sor>nightmare", I'd like to fix the order. It should be: "Ghost of the Past, Mitosis AND/OR Nightmare if you used Nova already, then SoR. SoR oftentimes takes a delicious bite out of my Darkness quanta which is a no-no in my book, so you have to make sure you play them correctly or else be unable to play the card combo perfectly. Four ghosts -generally- make it more probably that you'll receive at least one within the first 3 turns, alongside the 4 potential Nightmares you can inflict later on.
While some people say that Precognition is worthless, I would disagree; having key intel on your opponent in terms of what cards they have can make a fast win or a slow and awkwardly awful lost on your part. A couple of times I used my Precognitions too early (back to back on the first turn while playing someone using a speedbow), only to get shut down by a late Black Hole or be rendered useless by Reverse Time and Mutation on my main duplicating ghost. Precogs make this deck a 28 carder, and is definitely important if you want both speed and tactical advantage against players who already know the tried-and-true Ghost+Mitosis combo with SoR.
I guess you could also add in CC in place of some of the nightmares or even put in 'Silence' to prevent issues of your main Ghost dying, but those are fairly expensive (costing more than 1 quanta of any element/requiring
that you need), but in either case, I think the deck above is a nice alternative to your Sundial-based Ghostosimare.
