So a newbie asked in chat that he would like to have an awesome / deck. I instantly think of my decks in Sideboard, which I did quite well, therefore I speed-build this deck.

I don't get it, you don't have enough  to spam scarabs with high HP, and only 4 mummys and 4 TR lets you chance of getting both late.

This deck works like a conventional poison dials. RT helps with draw control, Mummies help in attacking. Indeed there would be not enough time (literally) to spawn big scarabs, but depending on the situation (opponent has little CC, opponent plays small creatures) you can spend unused RT on Mummy to get a few scarab for extra damage.
