Updated with SoB for better draws. Therefore you draw Towers, SC and UG faster which highly improves your winrate. Still a quite slow deck but with a strong defense. Beats AI4 consistently.
I don't know how it performs in Arena.

Probably not the most efficient deck but something I have never seen before.

Strategy is obvious. Stall with Eagle's Eye + Bone Wall, while drawing Unstable Gas and Finish games a tad faster.
Might lack some quanta depending on starting hand and is rather slow. Other than that it works nicely

Unless there's a specific purpose to flying the weapon (a la adrenastaves/catatitans) you should have one less flying weapon than you do weapons.

I know Point is that I just removed an EE for a tower before posting the deck, so the original one had 5 Weapons and 4 FW. However, I don't know if three is a little too less regarding drawing chances? Still, I don't think it'd be a bad change

The thing is the quanta is choking. I think i would take out 1 UG, + 1 tower if i wanna retain the deck idea. If not i would take out the UG, change the mark to air, using shockwaves an thunderstorms. 
I should say i love the deck idea but you need the weapon to power your wall and putting AW is a good idea so that you wouldn't have wasted slots (that's thinking opponents don't have PC and CC) Anyway, you need more  quanta.
