If you are going the Nova route with Adrenaline, I would swap out Vampire Daggers for Vampire Stilettos. They only cost 1 , and you get that magic number of 7 attack on your Crusader that will do a TON of damage with Adrenaline. Overall, I think the deck is a bit too focused, as you need to have a near perfect draw to pull it off.

Unupped Crusaders have 2 attack, which gets to 8 endowing Stiletto instead of Daggers.

1.) Why use unupped Crusaders? Upped have wonderful synergy with Adrenaline regardless of Endowed status.
2.) I'm sure you meant "Daggers instead of Stiletto."

I'm sure it's just a preference, but I would use upped Crusaders and Stilettos in a deck like this.

I believe 8 is the magic number for Adrenaline, not 7.  Unupped would grant you 8 attack with Daggers.

Yes, 8 is the magic number. But I was obviously assuming that he was using upped Crusaders, which was not specified in the original post. Hence my first reply.

Updated with a Fresher variant, that is also EMier and less prone to Bad Draws.
