Straight forward idea: Play Pegasus, TU them after using their ability to have stronger Pegasus.
BUT: If you use dive with the copied pegasus, the next turn they will have again only 4 atk!!
So chose carefully if you want to dive the copied pegasus or hold them back for a finishing blow x)
The balance is not perfect, most of the time you have to wait one turn too much to play the next card.

You can change the Blessings for Morning Glory, Damsel, Pends, Solar Buckler, Lightnings/Shockwave, Phase Recluse or whatever you feel like.
Of course, if you got a draw without pegasus you can still copy your opponents creatures. I have a feeling that the deck could be faster but I don't know how.

However, criticism and suggestions are as always appreciated

Hum it can perhaps be faster as a duo using elite wyrms, as the main buff comes from diving+TU not blessings.

I'd try removing all light element, replacing pegasus with elite wyrms, and taking say air mark, 6 aether towers, 6 aether pendulums and 6 danseflies to have more chances to have a good income from start and be able to fund the TU every turn. (Not sure it would be better, don't have time to test.)

I tried your very built. It works well. Of course weak against CC and lacks defense. The quanta balance depended on the draw. Sometimes I totally hadn't any (because when damsel dye you'll be very tight on )  but was ok most of the time ^^
Haven't paid attention which version is faster, but I guess both are around from 7 to 10 turns.
