While your deck is different the idea is the same. If I recall correctly you are allowed to post in old threads if they are for decks and you think you have a version that is better or works better for a specific purpose. I think this is prefered over making a new thread. If you wanted to make sure you could always ask a deck helper.
But no one can blame him for not finding the same deck and posting it as a new one. While I was sure my peggie rol sofre rush has been done before, I was unable to find a same deck via the search option of the forums. As long as trios and especially duos deck sections are pure chaos of literally thousands of decks, things like this are going to occur.
