You don't need the lobotomizer, but it is extremely useful against growth decks. Play boneyards and nightfalls as you get them, and when you get the quanta play a spark with the boneyards out and fractal it. This deck takes a very short amount of time to either win or lose completely.

Sry   tested this deck and i win no single game vs AI3 or in PvP        
great weakness on shields   also lose vs Oty/scarbs         



But at least nice ideamaybe there are some minior changes and it become nice fundeck
