I tried a version with only RoLs and flying weapons upped. It's doable, but the higher cost on the unupped cards means you're delayed a turn or two at the beginning which is often critical. IMO this deck should be run all upped, otherwise its rushing power is greatly reduced.

Oh god this is like the best AI5 semi-rush grinder I've ever used. Although I'm in the process of upgrading my Nightmares so I have to keep my Stilettos unupped. Swapping a Blessing for a Miracle also greatly increases EM rates. :D

First game up was Vitcord, he played 2 emp bonds (after two nightmares), and a diss field, and I still managed to win, epic deck! :D
