Ok, you lock down your opps. But you are weak to destroy him. You cannot deals 100 damage before you are deck out. (Ok if you have lucky hand and put 3rd turn pulverizer and pests with eclipse)

The idea is good but it's way to slow. Try to put more creatures in.

No damage blocker, no heals, no CC....

Sure, blackhole/quicksand/pests will get rid of some quantum, but it's not like he won't have more.
You need a shield or at least something with CC.

Agreed, Pests act as Quantum. Putting dragons in this deck would be efficient.
