So yeah. This has no quanta generation aside from mark, which is why it uses Photons (fluffy!). The strategy here should be pretty obvious. I put EvaRia in there because while I thought of it, EvaRia did more of the hard thinking. 
So, yeah. Gimmick deck. Discuss.
EDIT: Yes, the title of the thread is misleading. You're supposed to use the Chaos on BLight.

lols, you might want to upgrade the photons so they provide quanta you can use for animate weapon and save entropy quanta, or just replace them with entropy towers.

Maybe turn the photons into RoLs so you get that extra quanta boost.

The A.I. of level 3 will think he is playing against a farm deck when he plays a second turn devourer, hehe.
