While I was thinking of a way to make Dirks useful, I came up with this deck. I am not sure if anyone else has made this deck before. If anyone has, please notify me below, and I will give credit where credit is due.

Dirks: Early attacker with moderate damage (considering it only costs 1
quanta counting Animate). This will usually get most of your EMs if you play this against Bronze or Silver Arena.
Werewolf: Another attacker that deals moderate damage. The Werewolves tie the darkness/entropy synergy together, allowing for decent damage.
Entropy Pendulum: Allows Werewolves to be played and allows Dirks to be Animated on turn 1. The basic quanta source for this deck.
Animate Weapon: Allows multiple dirks to be played. A really cheap card that can be used with 1 quanta of any element, unlike its unupgraded version, only allowing

Improved Steal: Puts the excess darkness quanta to use. A reliable source of PC that lets your opponent's permanents contribute to your benefit, rather than the opponent's benefit.
