Strategy:

Bless and use Eclipse to make your Vampires stronger.
Stall with turtle shield, use rewind/eternity for creature control, and steal for permanent control.
Use devourers to get rid of your opponent's quantum and give you some.
Siphon life to steal health and hourglasses to draw more cards.

Deck 1 is more of a survival deck meant to outlast the opponent.
Deck 2 is a viable speed deck with good control and healing.

What do you guys think?

I think it looks like a pretty elaborate setup for a Blessed Vamp build. Against which opponent do you use this deck, and how effective is it?

Pests are nearly useless in a blessed vamp deck. I know this from experience.

I've tested A3 and Top 50, both gave positive results. And the pests really help for quantum to use siphon life.

Cool name.

I would take 3rd Hourglass. 2 is too random.

And I would also get rid of one card so you get even number and even columns. That's a pro gamer thing to do. :)

Thanks, I'll do that. People are also saying that I need Sundials, I disagree because it would just slow down this deck. What do you think?

Since you're relying on creatures attacking to heal yourself, stopping your creatures from attacking is unwise, or at least it sounds so.

However, they could be useful in the beginning.

I'm taking out siphon life because I don't really need it because by the time I get it I'll have most vampires out and game would be over.

With Siphon Life out, the Pests have no purpose, as you said

so
