Not too sure on the original-ness of the deck, but from my researches (it's more than likely that I missed some, since I am a lousy researcher), such a deck is not posted, or at least, not very recently.

The strategy is very obvious, so I don't think I need to explain.

Take away the Gravity Pends and change mark to gravity? May need some editing like -6 Water Pends +5 Burning Tower +5 Sapphire Tower?

I would switch all the fire spectres for fire towers.  You know how much fire quanta you need to up keep steam machines?

hm.. in my testings, i usually end up with too much fire quanta... but I think i will change it

I tried it and the fire generation was about perfectish...
Although I do think that unupped steam machines help the speed of this deck (in my tsting almost a turn)

If you have that many extra fire quanta, what about some flying fahrenheits or fire lances?
