I don't see why this has to be a 40+ card trio.  Pick water and one other Element, cut it down to 30 cards and go.  Having 40+ cards increases the chance of not drawing a timely NT, or the 2nd NT you need should something happen to your first Queen.  It's also unreliable to draw enough quanta to power your non-water nymphs.

For Water/Fire I'd put 6x NT, a couple Purify & a couple Deflags.. rest pillars.  You don't need any Dragons because Nymphs provide the offense, and you really shouldn't be saving up enough quanta to play a Dragon anyways.

Water/Earth you can use NT, Purify, EQ and Trident.
