Play pillars/towers immediately. Play a Firefly first turn if possible. Play a Rustler/Leaf Dragon the next turn. Play more Fireflies and Firefly Queens. Until you have a Hope up, only photosynthesise enough to generate more Fireflies and perhaps a Feral Bond. Once you have a Hope up, spam photosynthesise and play more Leaf Dragons and Feral Bonds. Keep generating Fireflies.
The strategy can take some getting used to, but it works fairly well for me and gets quite a few EMs against Half-Bloods. It would probably work fully upgraded, although may need more pillars.
Strengths:
All of its creatures pass through Wings, and all but the queens pass through Gravity Shield. Half Bloods that rely on small-attack creatures can be easily blocked by Hope.
Weaknesses:
Renewable creature control, in particular, Otyughs, Maxwell's Demon, and abundant Scarabs. Fire Shield, Thorn Carapace, Rain of Fire, Pandemonium, Plague and Retrovirus are deadly against it.
Recommended upgrading path:
Pillars --> Towers
Rustlers --> Leaf Dragons
Empathic Bonds --> Feral Bonds
NEVER upgrade Fireflies, Firefly Queen or Hope. Elite Fireflies generate
, Elite Queens generate Elite Fireflies, and upgraded Hope costs one more
.
Please try it in the trainer before buying/using it, I haven't used it that much.
