You're using 14 towers to power 5 druids and 2 CP (Supernova refunds itself). That's the definition of overkill. I'll test it in the trainer, but at a glance, 6-7 pillars would work fine and thin out the deck to near 30 cards. You don't actually need Supernova out as soon as possible, after all, so the massive abundance of Entropy quanta sources is not necessary.
Supernova gives life quanta, so you don't actually need Mark of Life to play Leaf Dragon. You could stick with Entropy Mark, put in more Supernovas/Leaf Dragons, and cut off 2 more Towers.
What do you want to do with the deck? At a glance, you want to Mitosis a RoL for Hope and to power Leaf Dragons for Life quanta for mutating, right? If so, since the strategy depends on having lots of RoLs, you might want to put in one more.
Since you're mutating RoLs as fast as you can make them, you probably won't have enough to power Hope, so you can drop that. I don't see Chaos Power being of much use, but you've played the deck and I haven't, so I'll take your word on it. Still, using Unstoppable or Improved Blessing would seem to be better than Chaos Power.
