Okay, I see what you mean laxnut. However, I think this deck is more of a fun than competitive deck, and fractals make it really fun. If I wanted a competitive deck, I might as well do something like Epi Vu Bow or something like that. Though I guess losing is never fun. Maybe there is a way to put stalling cards in, though, because this deck really does not do well with rushes. Maybe increase the deck size and put Hourglasses and Dimensional Shields? Something like this:

I really like the idea of adding Phase Shields. Those will probably buy your Deja Vus a longer time to be buffed by Patience. You could probably reduce the number of towers in order to achieve a better deck flow. However, the general theme of the deck is great.
Also, have you ever considered using the card

? Twin Universe might not be as powerful as Fractal in the early game since you want to buff as many creatures as possible with your Shard Of Patience. In the later game, however, Twin Universe could duplicate your largest Deja Vu, allowing you to essentially make 4 copies of it (total).
