Gravilisk [water, Earth, Grav] (Bronze) https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=57321.msg1174604#msg1174604
« on: January 07, 2015, 03:11:26 pm »
The tactic is to spit out an Earth Nymph (I do this second, after creating a water nymph), and then drop a gravity pull on any creature (your pet, or another nymph).  As I create more and more earth nymphs, for their damage, I hit the GP creature with Basilisk Blood Every turn.  Excepting Mutation and Reverse Time, this gives me an almost infinite amount of life (as all other CC deals damage, and I usually have my GP creature over 100 damage pretty quick).

Any ideas, or finesses?  I think, if you had your own earth nymphs, you could cut out water completely!

this forum has a built-in deck image generator:

Once your main defense has been set up, permafrost is kind of useless.
I wouldn't use so many, if any at all. A smaller deck is better.
additionally, I wouldnt use poseidon. it, again, drains too much quanta early game,
and if you dont get it early, its next to useless.
be quick- time is quanta.

Why not gravy shield + PA? It makes BB in the opponents creatures a virtual instakill.

I have a fascination with NT decks.
I took your deck, and I came up with this:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
55p 55p 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 58v 58v 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5i4 5i4 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5jm 5jm 8pp

First off, pendulum builds tend to guarantee a third-turn nymph. Regardless of whether you have water nymphs or not, I'd use NT. This is because it allows you to choose what your first nymph is - if you need an earth nymph before a water one, you can get one then, and not wait until turn 5 at best to petrify something.

After that, I put in pulverizers and gravity shields as a method of defence - Andre's semi-instakill is a nice technique, and it reduces strain on earth quanta if needed.

The gravity pull combo is an interesting one, but in the end I felt it took too much strain with an all pendulum build, so I went for shields and pulvies - and that's still rather strained. It's the downside to an all pend build, but it grants a ton of stability to a deck.

For that, you'll need a Freeze and a 250 health creature. That deals 100 damage to the opponent. Of course, if you mean using the catapult on multiple creatures, you just need 2 frozen 50 health creatures. Two flying Titans work perfectly fine for that.

I would personally get earth pillars in, otherwise  you are going to be starved for earth. I like this variant otherwise.
