Two questions for you:

What would you do different next war, compared to the previous one (apart from using (more) upgraded cards)?

What would you consider your weak spots (overal, not just war)?
first: first of all, win with team water :). more preperation (already busy with it to) and i'm not going to write all my tactics in public.

second: a bit more trust in myself, i always think i'll fail or do it wrong...

I am sorry to have posted this so late, my internet went down :(
then i shall make another post to answer all the questions...

*rants*
In the real world, water(H2O is the symbol of change. It is the the only thing to exist in all 3 states, solid, liquid, and gas, in nature. Water in this game... is different. It is the only element to get last in both wars (hasn't really changed) and most water decks are known to not have much flexibility.

I am here to prove this wrong.
Afterall shallow water is clear, and see-through therefore easily predicted. Thus making it extremely weak. An easy example of this would be, to put a glass under a running tap to fill it, thus giving you a glass of water. It takes you less than a second to look at it and see the water, then right through it, and then the other side of the glass. If you dip your finger into it, you can reach the bottom easily. It takes you just a little bit longer to dump it all down the sink, immediately disposing of what little threat it originally posed.

Most people see this, and just walk away labeling water as a weak element, and dismissing it. However they have not yet seen the, more resistant, and stronger, deep water. Go back to your tap, this time fill up your whole sink. You can still see all the way to the bottom in most cases. However will you not get your sleeves wet if you stick your hands inside? Or will it not take a lot longer to empty down the sink? Yet again disposing of all danger. Then go look at the ocean, and imagine how long it would take to fill with a simple tap. The ocean, which is an endless mass of bottomless water with a deep blue hue. None have ever reached the bottom. Even the most dangerous of hurricanes, earthquakes and other natural/man made assaults have failed to clear this slaughter house of ships.

It is not very different in game, as the longer you play with water, the better it seems, and the better it can perform. I've been playing with water, on and off since this i started playing (about 2 or 3 months after the game came out). From the third deck I ever made, I remember vividly how much i loved the freeze+forest spirit+frog+empathy+ice shield combo (not very effective 60 card decks ftw). To these new streamlined (no pun intended) war and trials decks, when the water becomes deeper.

So who does it take to harness all this power, and put it to good use? An experienced player, with enthusiasm, and the blessing of time.
I am not the very best person for this role, as I know Essence could never be replaced if he were to be taken off his throne. But I can guarantee that I am experience, enthusiastic, and can squeeze enough time to help out the community.

Please vote for me :D

Voted for Nilsieboy, he's been a respectful PVPer and I've versed and encountered him many, many times throughout my time here on elements community. Might need to be a bit more active after this :P.

Question 1: Team work is a crucial element in war. Both of your awards shows two events that can be identified as "team work" events.

Explain how this experience can be factored into the next war if you are made a master of :water?
Team PVP taught me how to interact with team-mates, even if they live in horribly different time zones (MrBlonde), taught me how to counter-deckbuild effectively and also taught me that strenght is in the team.

Question 2: zanzarino personally comes up to you to ask your advice on how to "improve" :water.

Give your advice on what should be improved or added, and why. Please give a minimum of 3 points.
First: Flooding Buff. Flooding sees no use in PVP, and a very low use in themed events like War.
Flooding is just useless to bring, as it is useful against none of the dominant decks right now, beside Rol/Hope.
Flooding could use a upkeep removal or a "flood random tiles" effect to get boosted.

Second: Trident. Trident is the weakest weapon. It is "Earthquake on a stick", but requires an awful amount of quanta to use the effect, and might just get deflagged or stolen. Trident can get a Thunderstorm ability, costing :air :air :air both upgraded and unupgraded, and just get a small attack buff if upped.

Third: Healing. I'd never give Water permanent control. Instead, I would give it some more general player and creature healing (like a permanent that gives back some health each turn to all your creatures). Doesn't it sounds right, for the molecule that keeps you healthy?

Question 3: ScaredGirl personally comes up to you to ask your advice on how to "improve" war.

Give your advice on what should be improved or added, and why. Like Question 2 , give a minimum of 3 key points.
First: A newer name for slaves. Slave is kind of humiliating.

Second: 3 upgraded cards for substituting a Master, 0 for substituting a Lieu.

Third: A more flexible converting.
