I know phase 1 is doing something community-related, but are we going to prescribe something for that?  Or outline a minimum?

I read the rules... mainly wondering when the starter pistol goes off.  :)

you can do it at the start to because if you do it at the end it might be decided already (pvp phase can be REALLY deciding so just more points for best challenger/master)
