Any ONE from:

Winning a Weekly Tournament
A top 3 finish in either of the PVP Leagues
A top 3 finish in a PVP event
Finishing on 1 of the top 3 War teams
Becoming a Master of any Element

OR ALL of the following:

30,000+ score in Elements
100+ forum posts
Joined the forums no less than 3 months ago (at the time of signing up)
Participation in at least three separate PVP Events (Leagues, War, Weekly Tournaments, etc.)

Note: In the event more there are more than four challengers for one element, priority will be given first to players with the higher Phase 1 scores and second to a combination of score/post count.

NOTES:	Based on my original Encumber idea, but modified a bit to feel more like an alchemy card, and also more freely balanced due to being a replacement of what otherwise could make a very powerful combo. This works similarly to Shard of Sacrifice, where the effect lingers but can be Purified. The card itself does not cost an extra quantum to play, so playing a card that costs exactly how much quanta of that element you have will not have any drained. For 0-cost and Other-cost cards that are of an element, such as pillars and Animate Weapon respectively, will drain a quantum of the card's element. Other cards will drain a random quantum. Towers will have (one of) their on-play quantum generation drained immediately; Quantum Towers will effectively produce 2 on play, but the drained element could be a 4th if available. The element of the skill cost is what is drained when they are activated, and if the skill does not cost anything, the card's element is used instead.

SERIES:

The balance is really strong, if not overpowered slightly, but it is designed to be fast so that you can play it first turn with a Nova or Supernova for the respective grade, or with Gravity Towers, and lasts longer if you opt to pay the extra price. Non-upgraded can be played off the mark effectively if added to an otherwise non-Gravity deck. Because the Nymph would be late, it cheaply can repeat the effect to force the opponent to spend extra quanta over a few turns, and any extra copies in play also function as large creatures with great synergy with cards like Rage Potion/Elixir and Acceleration.

To lose Black Hole and the capability to repeatedly play it would remove the DBH lockout decks and also the capability to directly counter rainbow decks, so it hinders a common deck used in War. Dense Matter and Dark Matter still enhance Discord's quanta meddling but to a lesser extent; also being generally useful against rainbows and monos alike, the latter of which Black Hole had little effect on, so this creates an alchemy card that would be more practical and possibly staple.
