evil is abstract, thus evil is whatever you view it to be, i view darkness, as a part of evil, you, view darkness as something different, you can preach that darkness isnt evil, and i can about my day insisting that it is.
So no matter what is said, to me, darkness is evil, Its slimy, its mean, its cowardly, its a backstabber, its the guy who kills his family, its the kid who cheats on his math test, its the shadow under your bed. darkness is evil to me, and no amount of you saying it isnt, will change that too me. seeing as no one likes killfer and i rather think hes a good player, i voted for him.

First you bash the new wiki, now you bash Darkness. I should probably just ignore everything you say.

I am Theologically Agnostic and study various religons. The component to this is that even tho I hold to no defined God, that Bloodshadow is taking Imagery of a religious nature and trying to change the meaning with which it was shown. Thankyou PuppyChow for pointing out that you see this also and it relates to you on a personal level also.

I care nothing about religion in general, and I regard all religion as fantasy. To me, religion has no influence on good and evil.

Honestly, I'm disgusted by the greed and selfishness that humanity is capable of, and I see little hope for humanity in the future. But that doesn't mean I'd gladly destroy the human race; if I had my way, I'd just use some sort of satellite system to broadcast massive mind control waves on the entire Earth, erasing the evil in all humans' hearts, and make them not selfish and greedy anymore.

That's your choice. If you understand that I see Darkness as Neutral then I'm ok with that.
I see Stabing in the back as smart, when your opponent is going to kill you and wants to fight face to face. Would you rather all men line up on the battlefield and shoot each other face to face. I've never had the shadow under my bed take any action against me so I can't see it as Evil.

For those that are unaware, this is from my personal note.

This is a personal belief and not a view held of/in Elements the Game:

I believe that all Humankind is flawed (proven in my experience) and would if I had a guaranteed solution erase Humanity (including myself).
I would not enact or believe in random murder. The solution must be wholesale and perfect. If given this opportunity I would without hestation set the end in action.

I believe this action is for a greater good for the earth, any spiritual existence and the future of the universe.

If it ever comes about, and you Believe in a God, this will be your prophesied end day. It is not Evil, it is ineveitable and required.
If you don't believe in god then this is the end point where we have reached the limit of perfection and created humankinds own end.
It is not Evil, it is finality.

It's depressing, but I think I share your views to some degrees. I am painfully aware of mankind's imperfections, and I see no possible solutions other than destroying the race altogether.

So only perfect things are allowed to exist? If that's the case, then life is not allowed to exist. The function of life is to exist and reproduce, so anything opposing that would be evil. Sounds to me like both of you are evil. While you may believe your judgments and desires to be right and there is nothing proving that they aren't, you are still in opposition to life as a whole, who's beliefs are of higher value.

Man is the measure of all things. The vast vast vast majority of humans would view destroying humans (as a whole) as evil, therefore making such actions evil.

It's a game. The elements are supposed to be balanced. Any player will tell you there is no best element. They may prefer one over another though.

Again, I want to destroy "evil". But evil exists in everyone, so in the end there might be no choice but to destroy mankind. This is different from what Kael believes, I think.

All elements are supposed to be balanced, and none is better than others. We want to be the Master of Darkness because we like Darkness; in Elements, I like Darkness because of its advantage: your opponent loses something, AND you gain something. If you want to know why I like Darkness in general, in every fantasy setting, then it would take me pretty long to fully explain.
