Well, I was away for the weekend, so I'm a little late to this.  So the score then is 3-1 to Terro, and we have to play again. Are we just playing, or do we have to replay the games with the same decks? Or, since the 2nd games was a win to me, do we replay 5 but can use any deck after that?

The score is currently 3-1, and the 5th match will be replayed using the same exact decks (legal versions of them), just like it would have been done after a desync. I think this is the most fair solution here.

After that replayed 5th match, we go back to normal and you can use any decks you want.

Hopefully you guys have time to do this as soon as possible so that we can finally finish the Trials.

Good luck to both.

Alright, that's what made the most sense to me; just wanted some clarification. I'm pretty free the next couple days, so it shouldn't be a problem finishing this up.

Final score: 5-3 to Terro.

Started out by me winning the replay of the 5th match from the last set of games. and going 3-2. After that I picked the wrong mark for my antimatter deck and it was 4-2 to Terro. I was more focused on Upgraded the antimatters and using the 17 upgraded card slots I had, rather than changing mark and I goofed. I went with the same deck the next game and made it 4-3. He used the scrambled shriekers and got a really good draw with several discords and a turn 1 earthquake before my pendulums kicked in to give me enough water quanta to play a card. From there I just got denied turn after turn until he had enough creatures to put me to rest.

5-3 is certainly better than 5-0, though, so I'm not complaining.

3 of those antimatters were upgraded.

There are a lot of things I could say, but first off: Good job Belth, you actually had me worried a bit there.

The final score was 5-3, which is, as Belth said, a whole lot less humiliating than 5-0.

Game 5:
I used THE SAME DECK as I did before, but I'll post it here, just for clarity's sake.
Code: [Select]
58o 58o 58o 590 590 590 590 591 591 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 779 779 779 779 779 779 77g 77g 77h 77hThe upgrades may seem a bit off, but one of the things that can determine a win or a loss very effectively is whether or not you've got Towers and can get out that attacker on the first turn.

Decent draw, 3 Towers and a Pillar, put out a Graboid and a few Antlions early. He got one up, and then a few BBs, before Diamond Shield came out and really reduced my damage output. Eventually his all his creatures dealing four times more damage than mine as well as him having twice as many of them (All my Shriekers were BB'd, and the Antlions only dealt 1 past the shield) lead to a loss. 3-2

After my experience with the Wings deck, simply sending out a stream of heavy 10-hit attackers, I went with this deck for games 6 and 7:

Code: [Select]
58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 594 594 594 594 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 77b 77b 77h 77h 77h 77h 77h 77h
It's a very Pillar-heavy mono-Earth, using the huge quanta gain to rush out Shriekers and Dragons, as well as providing a nice edge over some other decks once the hand is emptied with the life gain from SS. Got a pretty nice draw, I believe it was 3 Towers+Pillar, which let me put out a 2nd turn Shrieker with my mark. Another one followed, and then I think a Dragon came out to seal the deal. (Why didn't you say anything about the goofed up mark? I would have let us do a replay...)

The next game I got a sub-par draw, with only a single Tower, but I did manage to top-deck a second one off of the tails coin toss. However, his Anti-matters came out pretty fast, and I might have Burrowed my Shrieker to avoid the whole thing, but I figured since I could rush creatures faster than he could Anti-matter (Especially if they weren't upped) them, I should just try and speed him out. Unfortunately, I was one turn away from the victory due to a 3rd Anti-matter+Dragon coming out at the last minute.

Finally, I debated over which deck to use, and ended up going with what has now become my favorite, Scrambled Shriekers.
Code: [Select]
4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 5oi 5oi 5oi 6u5 6u5 6u5 6u5 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 778 77g 77g 77g 77g 77g 77g 77j 77j 77j
A tad different build then normal, removing the Trident, it's Animate, and a Tower for some early denial potential, which ended up working extremely well (If that card hadn't been an Earthquake, I more than likely would have lost)

My hand looked pretty bad, 3 Discords, 2 Towers, QS, and an Animate, but luckily I lost the coin toss, letting me wipe out his Pendulum stack at the start and top-deck a Nova, which, when coupled with all the Discords that came out later, kept Belth and his lone Pendulum in a state of total lock-down.

GGs Belth.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

Gratz.

Although I 'm supposed to be impartial, I think it's a good thing the winner didn't change from the last time. Otherwise it could have lead to tons of controversy and speculation. Now there is none.

Also thanks guys for making the fight happen so fast. We can now finally end the Trials and move on to War.

Terro, I've finally found the time to make an upgraded scrambled shrieker deck and I followed your lead by subbing quicksands for BB's. The deck I'm using is 6 towers and 4 sands though. It's plain awesome. Nice work on the modification, and congrats again for your win.
