GGs, Sevs, it's nice to have my title back and while I hate to win games like 5 & 6 I think the rest were quite good. EDIT: Illegal decks mean that I would have won despite any RNG hax, so I guess that's notable.

I opted for the standby, Graboids, even with no RTs allowed. It was still brutally fast with the right draws and adding some quanta disruption and CC was easy. His urn 1 was: Nova, Nova, Nova, Arsenic, Graboid, Forest Spirit. Since I had 2 unupped pillars, I knew it pretty much wasn't going to be a contest. However, I did manage via drawing my only 2 BBs to get 50 damage on the board, which would have been enough had his final card not being a BW, as I had expected, since he wasn't winning on board, had more than enough quanta for anything, and still wasn't evolving his 2nd Graboid.

Wanted to play this deck, and it performed very well. Despite getting both my quanta stacks blown up I had an OD'd Golem and a BB for his early shrieker, and as he had nothing outside of a late Eternity (By which point I had Pulvy) to get rid of it and didn't draw anything to outrace it, it got over 20 attack and won the game.

I played vs. Fire, which isn't the worst matchup, though he did come out really fast with 2 Phoenixes on turn 1. Fortunately he had also wasted 2 Cremations, so I knew AMs could be important. Sadly I had no Warden to start with, which might have won the game, but a shield did stem the bleeding until he got a Shrieker out via Graboid. I had to make a decision about what to AM; if the card he had just drawn was a Cremation, hitting a Phoenix was really bad, and I should hit the shrieker, if not, Phoenix was the better choice. I hit the shrieker and he promptly hit it was a Cremation. Later in the game I was low but about to turn it around with AMs, when he topdecked a Deflag to take out my shield. I had another in hand but was too dead to do anything.

Despite poison being banned, BW and Arsenic were too good to not make a super-strong deck. I had a pretty awful 1 pillar draw but it came with BBs and a turn 3 Arsenic, so I managed to stop his first Shrieker and it's PU copy, and had BW to delay losing just long enough.

I was curious as to what he was playing when I saw Life mark, since Adren shriekers it not the most viable of decks, but it became obvious that he was a Nova variant that simply didn't draw any. That said I had a fast OD'd Golem, and it would have been close had he gone off as well.

He played the same deck and had the exact same thing happen, except I had an Eternity to mean he could never win no matter what.

Was vs. a Firestall, and thought my chances were pretty good. I had a very fast pulvy and went to town on his quanta base, so he never got above 20 quanta in either
or
the whole game. That said I was really late to draw my attackers, with all but 2 Golems in the last 8 cards. When I got one with 7 cards left I put 2 BBs and an OD on it, so that it would be unkillable and ensure the win after coming out of stasis. Pulvy did roughly 130 damage total this game, a changer and 3 golems each got 1 hit in but died to CC the next turn. I was a tad afraid of him having Deflags but he would need 2 to have any impact, as both pulvies were in my starting hand.
