Well Ralouf as expected you played a great final and really it came down to picking the right decks at the right time and some RNG luck. It was an honor playing such a great PvPer and i'd like to thanks my 36 upped cards for coming through. There was so much i had to think about and what decks you were going to try to counter me with. Some i figured you would have and others quite surprised me.

This really was just a tester deck to see what Ralouf was bringing. He brought catatitans and i had a really poor 1 pillar draw, both dragons in my hand and bonewalls so i had a ton of dead cards. But alas Ralouf's was worse as he never pulled a flying weapon (Those trio combo decks can be tricky). i never had more then 2 pillars but ralouf just couldn't fly his titan to cata me and send out another Titan. I also was able to triple or quadruple flash myself to keep myself safe. So yeah i RNG'd this one although with a good pillar draw this deck shouldn't be a total underdog.

So with the first win in the books i thought it might be disco time and briefly thought about using my light stall but then decided my life rush should do alright vs discos as well. So when the mark came up entropy i felt alright. Fairly fast start for us both as i had an early arsenic and he had an early disco. Fortunately frogs are cheap and i was just able to get enough damage out and i almost lost with me getting him down to 1 hp and i was at 28. He had 21 damage out 2 death quanta and 5 entropy quanta so fortunately no topdecked card would save him. I was never able to use my heals as his disco annoyingly knocked my quanta out of range a few times.

Well not much to say here except he managed to get out a 2nd turn skull which all but spoiled my chances. I got him down to 15 hps so if he had a complete RNG fail and had none of his Miracles i would have won.

So decided to go a little tit for tat here and unveiled my monsterous light stall. Those vampires did not like it at all.  Ralouf conceded after my sancs/SoGs/Skull and dead creatures started to pile up

I thought about using my light stall here but changed my mind at the last minute and probably would have done okay here. With that said he won by one turn and had all 3 of his cards early to seal the win in a fairly fast game.

Last game i was kicking myself because i had my light stall in and decided to change it to the unstoppable stalkers. So of course i decide to play light stall now.... Doh.. Pretty much Ralouf countered me here and had a 32 poison counter on me with 8 turns left before he shockwaved my face into the ground. The critical card i needed here, bonewall, was not to be seen but when you play 42 card decks you really can't complain about not getting your card. Very nice Ralouf very nice definitely liked your deck.

Now i knew this was a critical game as i figured whoever won this would win it all. I decided to stay with the light stall hoping that Ralouf would think i would not use this deck 2 times in a row. And huzzah i was right. He picked the absolute worst deck to play mine as this is a virtual auto-win.

Well somewhere in my mind i thought Ralouf would make this deck (his SoSe deck). I tried to make one as well in honor of him but it turned out quite poopy. I decided to take a gamble and go FractaMummy here and was planning to run it again next game in case i lost. The deck i was scared of was a nightmare deck and a discord deck. I kind of thought he wouldn't go with darkness again as the light stall absolutely crushes it and his discord deck should fall to it as well. So when i saw his entropy mark i was like "DAMN!" But i ended up getting an epic anti-discord draw with 5 pillars and a bonewall in my hand to open... lol. Turned out though it was unnecessary as he brought a SoSe deck. Was pretty slow going for me at first though as i couldn't find a creature. Ralouf managed to get every shield under the rainbow and a mindgate out so this game turned out pretty entertaining. My bonewall never fell (also had 2 other bonewalls stuck in my hand since early in the game) and due to his double panda i had a 19 counter wall at one point. Unfortunately for Ralouf having fractals and an early bonewall really ruined the party for him.
Again great games Ralouf and it just seems that Death just likes me as Master as it certainly favors me.

Decks i did not use which makes me sad.. kinda. Raloufs decks pretty much forced me into a different path then i was expecting as i wasn't actually planning on using my life and my unstoppable stalker deck. I also assumed he would have counters up the wazoo for speed poison and my noizy dial  since i used them so much in this Masters Tourney. Also wasn't planning on using my light stall deck that much as mono-death rush's mess it up badly but i realized part way through that Ralouf wasn't likely to ever go mono. Another thing that was critical for my preparation was trying to figure out where Ralouf was trying to steer me with his bans. Because of this 3 decks i would normally use, fire control stall, speed poison, and noizy dial, never even got played. Meta game is sooo important and that's actually one area i feel i am competent in when it comes to PvP. So oddly because Ralouf is such a great opponent i ended up actually making less decks this trials.

really wanted to use this deck as it's pretty fun but it needs 3 fractals to win and it's a risky deck. Pretty cool when it wins though. But with catatitans, nightmares, and discs in the mix i didn't even consider it.

Another weakish deck that i considered but with Ralouf not really using death creatures again too slow to use.
Also fiddled with making a grabbow, a fire control deck with red nymphs, and the SoSe deck but they just weren't up to par.

Ah. I see. It's quite ironic how Ralouf didn't get flesh recluse banned since it's almost his signature card. He didn't ban holy flash and bonewall, so are you going to use those as counters? I'll laugh pretty hard if a boneholylight deck gets made. *hopes I'm not spoiling any huge secrets or anything*

As I'm going to use 50% death card I'm very likely to play death creature, hence holy light is a card than can deal 10 damage for 1 random quanta so a bone wall holy light deck is obviously a strong choice, it's not a secret and I'm not stupid.

Also I think that Cards that MrBlonde can't use can be much more explicite for the bans Blondey no ?

Holy Flash is a nasty card vs death but he still has poisons and he can still make quite a few decks around death cards that holy flash does not effect. Like all my other trials it just depends on me playing all my decks at the right time and having a little RNG love. Ralouf as most people know is a great PvPer and i certainly have my hands full. The card i find interesting that wasn't banned was fractal. But then again there are plenty of ways to deal with that (discord, silence, nightmare, etc) and Ralouf will be prepared.

33 cards and death mark for him, I thought about holy flash monodeath, I had a good hand with 5 pends and titan + 2 early poison. I also pulled a catapult. He started to rush with 2 mummy. I drew a second catapult. I just need a flying weapon for winning this.. I drew pend and pend and pend. He played tons of holy flash to heal himself. I drew an other pends.. dragon came from him aaannnd an other pend for me. yeah. 0-1

This lost really hurted me. Didn't know what to bring for the second game.

pretty good hand for me he got arsenic first turn for him. I got 2 discord early. no death quanta for me though. Managed to pull a recluse + maxwell. He also had 2 frog out. Discord gave him ton of death quanta he played 2 mummy, I killed one with maxwell and downed to 1 He downed to 4. I lost. 0-2

Good hand with shield and SoD + 4 pends. he had mummy first turn. then second mummy. I kept drawing pends. and pend and pend. Shield killed 2 frog (nice one bro) but mummy won't die. I played a plague to help them. He had more mummy and frog and skull shield did nothing again. I drew an arsenic. he topdecked a bonewall. Then he drew an arsenic played frog and mummy. I downed to 15 and played a miracle to back to 148. he conceded.   1-2

Expected speed poison, fail prediction is fail. He got a FIRST turn skull buckler. I tried to rush him played vampire + recluse and expected plague. Plague came and sanctuary too. and SoG. Nightmare in hand looked useless and my vampire turned to skeleton. I conceded after a few turns, seeing he was still at HP. useless to keep playing this.

Pretty bad hand with 0 death card. Blondey got an indecent good start with turn 1 arsenic turn 2 poison + scorpion + momentum, I managed to play quickly 2 titan and drew some poison. I also add a catapult. He downed to 32 and my titan jumped on him for the win.  2/3

Saw light mark and 42 cards I thought I made a good choice. Started playing arse turn 1 then poison, no flying weapon for now. He played sanc and SoG but already had 10 poison on him. got a flying weapon, arsen fly and an other took his place. He plagued him and play a skull buckler. He used some SoD too. and played more SoG. Arse was killed at 5 HP played 2 recluse to put more pressure. he was at 20 poison and played plague and more SoG. and sanctuary. both recluse turned in skelies, he played a bone wall just in time to look at 2 skelies die. Also I drew a flying weapon, finally. and a second. I played all the shockwave in his face and my 2 flying arse broke his wall, the last killed him. I'm happy to see that an original deck can win 3-3

Gonna try to stall him again. He got a bigger stall. I had arsenic in hand so I may try playing it. He had ton of SoD + SoG + Sanc + bone wall.. no chance. FAIL deck is FAIL.

This lost hurted me very hard. It was like I had lost the whole match.

He played a bonewall turn 1  , I had 3 SoSe but only got crap (I got 4 pillars just ridiculous lol). I still had a dusk though and a useless mindgate. My hand get fulled by crappy card. My HP were downing helly fast and I neede to play a diss shield. When I was a 20 HP I drew an SoSe and I needed to drop a fog shield to have more space in my hand. played SoSe which gave me 2 pandly, killed all his field. So I was facing only a 21 counter Bonewall and 100HP. then he played fractal on my recluse and I lost.

So my fews thoughts after this :

- I think the first 2 games could have ended differently, specially the first but hey it's the game.
- I'm sad that my darkness deck failed that much, I hopped a lot about this deck.
- Blondey is really awesome. No error, only strongs decks, no RNG failure..
- I'm very happy that my flying arsenics deck won a match, this deck's really awesome.
- There is a deck I was willing to use but I didn't.
- I'm still sad to loose, it hurts more than I'd thought...

Anyway, Good games Blondey, long live to you, you're an awesome master and will ever be one. I have a lot of respect for you and I'm glad cuz I'm sure that will still have a very good master.

Also I wanna thanks a lot everyone who supported me and voted for me, it was VERY nice and I won't forget what you did, it helped me a lot during this trials !
