Should be simple enough. I limited nova, immolation, and UG, essentially making them useless. Banned oty, bonewall, antimatter, and miracle because those things are really irritating. Wish I had a few more ban points though

Daang. One can see at a glance that his bans were much more vicious than mine. Not only did he limit fire's two most important cards, but the banning of all PC means that he's definitely going to go for dimensional shields. I've considered doing what he did, and banning all PC, but I decided against it since I thought it risky. I've been saying glenn's bans were risky a lot, and I'd explain why. By doing what he did, he's essentially telling me that he's going dims, and if I didn't ban dims, I'd be in trouble. If I did, his bans would be much weaker than mine. Turns out, I didn't ban dims, and thus his gamble paid off.

If he had banned similarly to me, I think I would have had a much more time since the game would be less polarized, but with him dangling dims over me every single game, I had to adapt and build different decks. It was probably my fault for not banning dims, but I really did not expect him to base his whole strategy around those and wager me not banning them.

Perhaps he mindgated my bans. From the onset, he seems to have an advantage because I didn't ban dims and I'm nearly crippled with no PC or way to bypass them.

Dim shields is most likely going to happen, and dim shields goes well with fractal, a card I specifically did not ban just so I could make use of bonewall. Bonewall+poison should be able to beat any fractix or dim shield stalls. Turns out, despite his aether mark, he had no phoenixes or fractals, instead going for a bolt kill. It wasn't going too bad until out of nowhere, he popped out a nova and purify, negating all my poison. Dims stopped arsenic, and I was a sitting duck. He totally mindgated me there. Loss.

I'll be honest. I really had no idea what was going on through my brain as I built this. Perhaps I thought my discords would mess with his quanta enough that he wouldn't get a dims out. Nope. A single dims stops all of my discord trolling. Loss.

glenn didn't ban miracle or sanct, and I figured those were my biggest asset as of now. Firestall stalled quite nicely, and it certainly beats fractal crimson dragon since I packed in firestorms. Win.

Decided to try and firestall again. Even made it 40 cards so I could outstall other stalls. Earth mark of glenn made me think EQ, and I almost regretted not limiting that, but glenn's large deck made me think that was unlikely. Glennfoo came with an earth firestall with at least 10 cards more than I had, and he deflagged every single fahren I could get out along with using plenty of SS. Decked out. Loss.

I think it's around this time that I thought of a little card called momentum that allowed one to bypass annoying dims. Immmorushes really aren't my style, but I thought I might have to get out of my comfort zone for this. Fast enough to get a 4-5 TTW. Win.

Don't fix what isn't broken, and I could use phoenixes for one more game. Went with this again. Beat glenn's earthstall even though it came pretty close. SS and diamond shield are really annoying. Win.

Just kidding! There is no match 7. It turns out the decks I've used for 5 and 6 had one more upgrade than I should have. 22 ups instead of 21. Yeah. I used two illegal decks. And even after I went through the time to try and check my decks for legality. Well that's that I suppose. What was a pretty even 3-3 became a curbstomp of 1-5. What's a shame is that if I had just an immolation instead of a cremation, it wouldn't have even made a big difference and I might've won those. Oh well.

The two flmaing warriors clashed off each other as two spiraling pillars of fire blazed across the sky. furball swerved to avoid the bolts of fire that glennfoo fired off, each one whizzing past, just barely hitting. furball knew somewhere that he was a bit behind, and he struggled to catch up to the other warrior. A blazing bolt struck him square in the chest as he was caught off guard and he spiraled downwards. Glennfoo stared at the falling figure, the fire getting dimmer and dimmer as his opponent fell. Glennfoo sighed a breath of relief as he sheathed his fahreneheit, he was done here. A burst of heat behind him told him something wasn't right...a panting furball, still with the burn marks from the fire bolt was behind him. A hand thrust forward and gripped him across the neck. "It's not over yet!" furball yelled as he tightened his grip. Glennfoo felt his breath choking, and with tremendous effort freed himself from the grip, coughing as he tried to recover. "It's going to be finished now" furball whispered as he started to charge a fireball, glennfoo could only watch as he tried to catch his breath. "Wait...no....impossible! This can't be!" A sudden yell pierced the sky and glennfoo covered his eyes as a large wave of energy washed over him when the explosion happened. All that was left when he opened his eyes were 8 and 1 of every other quanta. He had won. He was now fire master.

Congratulations glennfoo.

First of all, I'd like to apologize. I'd like to apologize to a lot of people. I'd like to apologize to myself, everyone who supported me, and glennfoo. Making such a simple and stupid mistake was an insult to everyone involved and I am sorry for that. I've let down everyone who supported me, and I didn't even put up a good fight against the new fire master; the very least I could have done was perhaps duel it out using 8 or perhaps all 9 of the games, not 6 games and getting curbstomped.

That said, glennfoo's careful planning and prediction abilities are top notch. Fire definitely has a very powerful general to lead them to greatness in the next war. Congratulations and good luck glenn!
